Kyle is currently a principal at Epilog Partners, a healthcare private equity firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Prior to joining Epilog, Kyle focused on direct private equity and public equity investments as a principal with Kensington Capital Holdings and co-portfolio manager of Kensington Permanent Value. Prior to Kensington, Kyle was an investment associate in the healthcare private equity group of Norwest, an investment firm managing $12.5 billion in assets on behalf of Wells Fargo. Prior to Norwest, Kyle was an investment associate with HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm managing $6.8 billion in assets. Kyle began his career as an investment analyst with Sandbox Industries in Chicago where he focused on healthcare as a member of the BlueCross BlueShield Venture Funds team managing $1.2 billion on behalf of 29 BCBS health insurance firms.

Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and statistics, magna cum laude, from the Love School of Business at Elon University. Kyle also had the opportunity to live in Ghana for four years in his youth and is proud to have completed his International Baccalaureate diploma while attending Lincoln Community School in Accra.
