Freshers were officially welcomed to the Ensign College of Public Health as they attended the annual Matriculation ceremony which took place today, the 29th of September, 2018 at the Auditorium.
Students were treated to an hour-long showcase of all the best things about the college and were given useful information about the various opportunities available to them during their time at ECOPH.
At Today’s ceremony, the president, Prof Stephen C. Alder congratulated the students on joining one of the best Public Health universities in the country. He exhorted the matriculants by encouraging them to be enthusiastic about what they had set out to do. He encouraged them to plan their activities, be focused and have a positive attitude towards studies.
“We want you to have the best possible start to your time at Ensign and this is why we have this Matriculation ceremony. It is our way of saying welcome to our institution, to celebrate your arrival and to get you a bit excited as well. There are many reasons why you should be excited.”He added.
